EurocarsMazda - luxury cars with no luxury tax!

Mazda vehicles are highly luxurious, offering great comfort, smooth motoring, significant safety and total zoom-zoom glamour. However, Mazdas are also among the most affordable high-class vehicles on the road, with only one model attracting the Federal Government’s Luxury Car Tax.

The Federal Government raised the rate of the Luxury Car Tax from 25% to 33% on cars purchased for more than $57,180 from July 1 this year. The new rate became law on October 3. However, EurocarsMazda expects little or no impact to its business, as only one of Mazda’s highly affordable luxury cars attracts the tax - the Mazda CX9.

Eurocars Artarmon Dealer Principal, Tim Garner, said one of the greatest benefits that Sydney Mazda drivers enjoyed was high-class vehicles at affordable prices.

Mazda’s huge range of models caters for all types of motorists and budgets. Mazda 2 is popular with young couples and families; larger families tend to go for the seven-seaters; executives are attracted to the Mazda 6 and everyone loves the Mazda 3!
